We purchased our 2018 Prius from Pete yesterday and working with him and Jerry was absolutely wonderful. They were not pushy, they were very understanding of what we were looking for and the entire pro working with him and Jerry was absolutely wonderful. Took way too long to get into finance. Never offered us anything to drink til the very end. Doesn’t put the customer first. Agreed on numbers but that also changed because of their mistake Never offered us anything to drink til the very end. Doesn’t put the customer first. Agreed on numbers but that also changed because of their mistake. Also tried to explain to the sales person that the trade in that I had was electronic and not a paper title and he wouldn’t listen. Said I can’t do this because I would have to follow you home and I can’t do that. I told him you don’t and have them check and he said I don’t think they can. Huge waste of time. More
