One of the things I hate to do is purchase a vehicle because of all the paperwork and negotiating that is involved. This time around, it was the easiest task and stress free. I had issues with last year when my Kia lease ended and had less than good service at a different dealership. Carlos restored my faith in the car buying experience and when I was thinking of upgrading from had less than good service at a different dealership.
