I have been a customer of Classic Cadillac since 2010. The sales staff (Mark Bondrandt) is outstanding and the service staff (Tom Harden and Matt) and mechanics are extraordinary. The service department is awful specifically Kim, she’s a bit rude. I would have to say Tom has changed over the years. He isn’t as polite or attentive to the consumer needs, the last time my car was in fo a bit rude. I would have to say Tom has changed over the years. He isn’t as polite or attentive to the consumer needs, the last time my car was in for service I had an issue with my rims being somewhat damaged and I wanted them repaired. He informed that I didn’t have the coverage to have it repaired. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t have the coverage. It’s the way he responded to me by saying I didn’t sell you the car or the contract. I replied in the over ten year that I’ve been with you’ve never sold me a car. That was a very inappropriate statement to make if you don’t sell cars. This is the last time I do business with Cadillac. More
