Walter's Audi in Riverside has great customer service.
They are very accommodating and very fast. Peter Younes helped me . I was 2 hrs early and had to be somewhere. He got in and out fast with a loaner.

The challenge is that we have a finite amount of loaners and although we have plenty available for a usual flow of customers; in extreme rare occasions if someone comes in without an appointment or if a service goes longer than expected we might have this challenge.
