I bought as SUV in October 2024 and gave this dealership 5 stars. The salesperson Phil was very nice but of course that was to sell the car. I saw the right-side quarter panel was buckled; he said no probl 5 stars. The salesperson Phil was very nice but of course that was to sell the car. I saw the right-side quarter panel was buckled; he said no problem we will fix that. When I test drove the car Phil rode with me; I eventually found out why. The shield that comes out when you close the sunroof didn't work; I'm assuming he didn't want me to test that out; my fault. Their employee finally fixed the sunroof where it would close but not the cloth visor was dirty and torn. I was told by the general manager that that was not their responsibility; keep in mind I had already bought the car!! After numerous calls to get the quarter panel fixed and sunroof visor fixed, I was given a phone# to their body man who has yet to call me back after months of calling. I was told that this car just came in and they didn't have time to inspect it, that's all they had to say, I would have waited!! My mom was going to replace/buy her Porsche but now she definitely won't. More
