Again, Philip was professional and friendly but it should not take a whole day to purchase a vehicle. Big store , busy place. Be prepared for a long visit. More

These people go above & beyond the call of duty in making sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. The young lady over there is top notch. I ha sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. The young lady over there is top notch. I have lived in Davidson county my whole life & it's awesome to see what started out as a small family business in the early 1980's has grown to become the best place to purchase a vehicle in North Carolina. Even though it's now a much larger business, the approach to customer service & customer satisfaction has not waived at all. I'm sure Jerry is smiling from ear to ear in HEAVEN! More

I called back the day after the sale no one called me back. So I called back the next day spoke the Phillip about what happened to the floor mats and the cargo cover that should have been the car.
