The best car buying experience. We showed up unannounced , mid-day on Labor Day. Russell was in on his day off delivering a car in the morning and stayed with us all afternoon. We test drove several cars and got exactly what we wanted. There was zero pressure to buy, they had the exact inventory they showed online at the online prices. No bait and switch, no "that one sold". There was also zero pressure to purchase add on's, additional service plans, etc. In the door at noon, out the door at 4pm on a holiday with a new car.
