I had a very poor experience with Dana Ford. After signing all paperwork and taking delivery of my vehicle, the dealership attempted to change material terms of the deal and pressured me to retu After signing all paperwork and taking delivery of my vehicle, the dealership attempted to change material terms of the deal and pressured me to return the vehicle the same day due to their own internal error. The written buyer’s order did not support their claims, and once I requested everything in writing, they backed off. Customers should be very cautious and ensure all terms are clearly documented before and after delivery. More
