Typical used car experience with dealership trying tricks to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not cleaned well before pickup and we had to bring it back to get items repaired, which was a process to get scheduled (three phone calls). The layout of the dealership is horrible. They need a second exit if they are going to have the repair shop located where it is. Lots of chaos dropping vehicle off for the repair. Overall, not impressed with dealership experience. More

First they tried to charge me for a service without reviewing my account and the package I have. Second they then held my truck for close to 5 hours to do a recall and all of a sudden they didn’t have reviewing my account and the package I have. Second they then held my truck for close to 5 hours to do a recall and all of a sudden they didn’t have the part needed so now I am expected to have to reschedule another appointment. Terrible experience. More
