I was just at this dealership. I came in hoping for a straight forward and respectful car buying experience. Instead I was met with the complete opposite. I was (barely) helped from a representative named q. She seemed disinterested from the start. I wasn't greeted, she didn't have any personality or enthusiasm...just attitude. Every question I asked, she couldn't answer. I'd ask a question and she would either give vague answers or have to go ask another sales person. The whole interaction was awkward, uncomfortable, and frustrating. I came in here today with hopes of leaving with a new car. Q was extremely unhelpful and if anything lost my business because of her poor skills. More
