Had a great experience at the Service department with Ryan Murphy. Prior to even showing up, Ryan had already reviewed my account and knew exactly which services to schedule. He was very thorough in explaining the different required services and suggested some optional services which would benefit my car in the long run - we also discussed some preventative maintenance steps that I could take to keep my car running like new. He answered all of my questions and proactively advised me of service progression as I was waiting there for the service to complete. Next time I return, I will definitely request Ryan as my service advisor! More

I took my X3 (100% under warranty) in recently for a minor error message that popped up. No noticeable issues with drive or engine inspection. The service advisor took a quick look and said it probabl minor error message that popped up. No noticeable issues with drive or engine inspection. The service advisor took a quick look and said it probably was just a sensor malfunction. Later that day I received notification that it’s a big issue caused by outside damages and my car is in advanced disassembly and I need to file a claim with insurance to complete repair asap. I ask to get my vehicle to obtain a second opinion and the service advisor responded with an outsider can receive video or come in to look at it with me but it needs to be fixed asap by them. Horrible feeling being pressured into repairs with vehicle disassembled at an advanced level (without asking) and them not wanting to let you get your vehicle back. Regardless of settled outcome, I’ll update this forum/Google with an expert second opinion and legal outcome. Very fortunate I run Finances for a publicly traded RV dealer and our legal is representing me in researching their assessment and execution. More
