Tim Lally Chevrolet stepped up and helped us with a GM issue when every other dealership made excuses not to help. Jamie and Jim are top notch and because of those two we will return to Tim Lally in the f issue when every other dealership made excuses not to help. Rachel uses "I" like she owns the place instead of "we" as in a team. There's a lot she doesn't know about cars but will spout inaccurate data as if it was real. Nobody likes xx and she is unfortunately fu as in a team. There's a lot she doesn't know about cars but will spout inaccurate data as if it was real. Either the system failed and must be resolved or ....? More

very difficult to get the service dept to answer the phone, called multiple times, left message and never got a call back, the app that provides the service status doesn't provide enough details to feel phone, called multiple times, left message and never got a call back, the app that provides the service status doesn't provide enough details to feel comfortable with the reason behind the need to approve a specific part of the service. Also, when picking up the car it feels so unpersonal, the service advisor doesn't show to provide details, no explanation of what happened, not even a walk through the work done. This is my second experience in this dealership/service dept with similar results. I am not buying again a Chevy car to avoid having to deal with this type of customer service experience. More
