Rachel was very good, she checked on my 25 Equinox Master Brake Cylinder recall and my 25 Corvette Master Brake Cylinder recall and understood all of my requests for service. Plus, she helped with an issue Brake Cylinder recall and my 25 Corvette Master Brake Cylinder recall and understood all of my requests for service. Plus, she helped with an issue I was having with my review mirror after I picked up the Equinox. However, I arrived at the dealership at 9:40 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment to have my oil change and tire rotation, plus the on-off on the infotainment system was not working. The Equinox was returned to me at 2:40 PM. 4 hours waiting for an oil change, tire rotation, and radio software update, and from reviewing the paperwork after arriving home it appears the tire rotation was not performed. Disappointing!!! More

Tim lally Chevrolet has been a great experience from sales to the service team. I’ve never experienced a dealership that if they make a mistake they are quick to fix or resolve the problem (s) I will c sales to the service team.
