First point of contact-was greeted and given instructions. Desk associates checked client in. Asked and answered questions. Informed service techs that a screw fastener was needed in the mud instructions. Desk associates checked client in. Asked and answered questions. Informed service techs that a screw fastener was needed in the mud flap. Continued to inform client about service time. One desk associate offered to replace a battery in the key fob. When vehicle was ready, desk associates informed another associate that a valet was needed. Service on 5-5-26 was excellent. Client was recovering from a recent hip replacement surgery and felt to have been given better treatment at Kia Dealership than Powers Health Mercy Hospital. Keep up the good service.
