The Sandford Infiniti Team has been servi ing my 2013 vehicle for 2 years. Service Team is outstanding. Because of services performance, I engaged with Mark Anderson to inquire about a new Infiniti. Mark vehicle for 2 years. Service Team is outstanding. Because of services performance, I engaged with Mark Anderson to inquire about a new Infiniti. Mark is an outstanding knowledgeable professional sales rep. Mark was not one of those pushy sales persons, he let the car sell itself and he built the customer relationship. Once Mark relized he hook me, (smile) he brought Sales manager Tyler to help run numbers to seal the deal. Finally, David was brought in to close the deal. My experience at this dealership has been nothing less than exceptional every time. And today was no exception. I took my “Big Blue” in to have her oil changed and tires rotated -General maintenance- an than exceptional every time. And today was no exception. I took my “Big Blue” in to have her oil changed and tires rotated -General maintenance- and it was such a pleasant experience, start to finish. How often do you say that when you take your car in for service? After a prompt, friendly greeting, I was escorted to their comfortable customer (like family) waiting area, where I was treated to freshly baked cookies and my choice of beverages and other snacks. My service tech was Rafael, and he came out to see me to verify what he would be doing. In less than an hour, the service had been performed and he invited me out to see how beautiful my car was. They had washed and shined it up and even removed a stain we had gotten on the carpet. All at no charge. I was so excited! I have never been treated so well at a dealership.Definitely worth my 45 minute drive. I will definitely continue to use this Infiniti Dealer for all of my service, and will make sure to purchase any future vehicles here as well. Just a great place to do business. Honest, Professional, Above and Beyond…….Thank you, Rafael, and the whole team. You guys are the Best. More

Our visit to the Sanford Infiniti dealership was absolutely fantastic. Although I walked in unhappy about an issue with my 2017 qx50, I drove away happy as a little girl in my 2025 brand new qx50 L absolutely fantastic. Although I walked in unhappy about an issue with my 2017 qx50, I drove away happy as a little girl in my 2025 brand new qx50 Luxe. Brandon and Mike were the ultimate professionals. Charming, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would wholeheartedly refer friends and family to them. So grateful to them for flipping an awful situation into a happy one. More
