There were complications in initial looks at used vehicles. The first vehicle I was looking at with the intent to purchase (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 - Dark Grey) was sold to another pa vehicles. The first vehicle I was looking at with the intent to purchase (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 - Dark Grey) was sold to another party as I arrived to the dealership. I was then interested at looking at a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 in White that had 41k miles on it. I conveyed and confirmed the unit number multiple times with Travis before driving to the dealership for a test drive. When I got to the dealership I learned that they acquired the wrong White JGC L Limited and not the one I had been asking about. The lack of transparency and follow-through was frustrating and led me to believe that I was being taken advantage of. The system in place to transfer cars of interest between dealerships needs to be improved so that the car a customer requests to look at with the intent to purchase is actually delivered and available to look at. Other than that, John and Travis were friendly and professional in completing my transaction. More
