We had 2 reps because of the volume Tuesday. Their Mazda knowledge was marginal. The car prep left a lot to be desired. Many of the settings we thought were set up with Ernesto did not stay. For a high end model there are a lot of annoyances I did not expect to find. More

We are extremely pissed off that we weren’t told about the lack of remote start capability from the fob and then we were not told that we have to pay for a subscription for access to the Mazda app for the the lack of remote start capability from the fob and then we were not told that we have to pay for a subscription for access to the Mazda app for the remote start !!! This was our first Mazda and will be our last just because of this !!!! More
