Ok my review is not all bad. But Ryan was amazing and answered all the questions I had. My problem was I had to come 4 times to purchase the car. Now one out of the 3 was on me. The second visit I took the morning off (I arrived at 9 am saying we would be back in the morning to purchase) I knew car and we had set price just need to fill out the paperwork to buy the car. After waiting 3 hours I go and tell sales manager I need to be at work at 1230 he than tells me there is only one person there doing finances and the second one didn’t come in till after 1 pm. So I make arrangements to come in Saturday morning. To yet again try to complete the paper work and can’t because the systems went down. Now they let me take the car but with a dealer plates knowing I would come back to finish the paperwork. So I came back Monday (trip 4) to wait an hour to finally finish everything. Everyone was very friendly and really pleasant to talk to it just took a long time to actually get a car purchased. I get that somethings were out of their control, but a little bit of transparency would’ve been very welcomed. It was a frustrating 4 days. More
