TOOK MY RAM 1500 IN FOR A BROKE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT AND THEY FIXED IT UNDER WARRNTY NO PROBLEMS. BUT THEN THEY FOUND A BROKE FRONT AXLE WHICH IS ALL SO COVERD UNER WARRANTY THE TRUCK ONLY HAD 23000 MILES O THEY FIXED IT UNDER WARRNTY NO PROBLEMS. BUT THEN THEY FOUND A BROKE FRONT AXLE WHICH IS ALL SO COVERD UNER WARRANTY THE TRUCK ONLY HAD 23000 MILES OR LESS ON IT, SO YES IT WOULD BE COVERD UNDER WARRANTY, THE SERVICE MANGER SAID I BET MY PAY CHECK IT WOULDNT BE COVERD UNDER WARRANTY BECUASE OF SOME DINTS ON THE SIDE AND SOME MUD, WHERE MUD SHOULD BE WITH OUT MUD FLAPS, AND BASCIALLY REFUSED PUT THE WARRANTY THROUGHT. SO I CALLED RAM CORPORATE AND STELLANTIS WARRNTY COMPANY . BOTH PLACE SAID THE AXLE IS AND SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. BOTH PLACE TRIED CALLING YORK DODGE SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER. SO I HAD TO USE MY INSURANCE TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED. IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH YORK DODGE! I DONT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. AND NO YORK DODGE I DONT NEED TO CALL YOU AND YOU DONT NEED TO CALL ME TO FIX OR DISCUSE ANY PROBLEMS , THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED MONTHS AGO. RUN FROM YORK DODGE AND IN ORDER FOR ME TO POST THIS I HAVE TO RATE PEOPLE I DONT KNOW THATS WHY I GAVE THEM 3 STARS More
