I do not recommend going to Feldman. I leased a Tahoe in December and returned a lease on a Traverse. It is February and Feldman still has not grounded the lease for my Traverse. GM Financial still is holdi December and returned a lease on a Traverse. It is February and Feldman still has not grounded the lease for my Traverse. GM Financial still is holding me accountable for my Traverse lease and I have not possessed the car for almost two months. In my new lease agreement, Feldman agreed to pay the last two months of my lease and because the have not properly grounded my lease I was charged another payment before I could properly coordinate with GM Financial. The response to emails over the past month have not been responded to properly. During the purchase of my new lease, the car we agreed to purchase was not on the lot and in transit. My wife and I agreed to pay a deposit or sign something to hold the car for us but were told that is not how Feldman works. We have to sit an extra 2 hours at the dealership waiting to have the lease agreement drawn up so we could sign and pay our down payment. In essence I had to pay for a vehicle I did not actually have possession of for another week. When I picked up my new vehicle, I was not given my lease documents or registration and had to ask once I got home. All in all this is the worst dealership experience that I have ever had and will not be going back to Feldman. They will do anything to put you into a vehicle and put the money in their pocket but will not give you the proper service that you expect from the quality dealership. More
