I was SO IMPRESSED by the efficiency of the service center when I dropped off my car with an appointment and picked it up when it was ready. The process of getting an Uber to get home was seamless and took under 5 minutes. Holly was wonderful and very communicative. The reason that I am giving it 4 stars and not the full 5 is because I think that the service website needs to be updated or looked into so that the customer has an accurate understanding of what to expect. My car needed to have a recall done on some of the electrical components and they were only accepting appointments for this during the week. I figured I would bring my 2 kids and wait in the waiting room until it was done. I had reached out to my salesperson (Raven!!) from the dealership to ask her something a few days before the appointment and she informed me that the service process would take 5-6 hours on my car. That would be WAY too long to sit with kids! I had to figure out an alternate plan to make it work with my kids, but had I not reached out to my salesperson first, I would not have known. The website could be improved by one of the following: a) providing a time estimate for how long the process takes when the person makes an appointment (less than an hour, 1-5 hours, 5+ hours, etc) OR b) follow up with appointments after they're booked. The website asks if you are waiting there or dropping off. A courtesy call could be made to say "Hey, I see that you marked off you will be waiting here, but the process takes over 5 hours..." and that way people can make other arrangements. More

Kevin was a great salesman. Described the car in very great detail and showed me how everything worked. Another sales lady we spoke to was a bit rude but I never got her name. And we waited over 4 hours for to speak to the finance department rather then being able to come at a later date when we could meet with them easy peasy. Once I got to the finance room the guy didn’t offer me a single thing….isnt that his job?? Sabor the manager also would not help me until he saw a man present. He asked if I knew where I was going and I said no I’m trying to find a specific car he walked away. Later saw the man in the group and was very fast in getting a salesman to come and help us. More

I was presented with a Hyundai Kona SEL and, based on that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. However, after signing the paperwork and taking possession of the vehicle, I was shocked to discover that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. However, after signing the paperwork and taking possession of the vehicle, I was shocked to discover that the car I received was significantly more basic than what was originally shown and discussed with me. This discrepancy between the vehicle presented and the one delivered was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing. I expected transparency and integrity in the sales process, and this experience has left me feeling misled. I urge you to review how this situation occurred and take steps to ensure other customers do not face similar surprises. More

They jacked up the financing by making the extended warranty 4 & 6k basically 10k above average. To get my money back within the same month of purchasing it was a nightmare. I couldn’t do it through this dealer because Gerard was drilling the idea of bagging 3k for canceling it early with a prorate fee. When prorate fees were never initially discussed with me and it was a big bluff. I am glad I was able to contact Hyundai to get my refund claim processed. Financing team here I would not trust because I spoke with another finance manager and they admitted to high price/acknowledged the confusion of prorate fees and then later on agreed there is a 3k prorate fee just to cover Gerard’s back. Very unprofessional. Not to mention Gerard spoke comfortably about his colleagues personal accident which was inappropriately said. More
