Why was I told $1,500.00 trade in for a 2017 Kia Soul with 63,000 miles??? I finally selected a Nissan Altima which I was told was Approx. $22,000.00 but only if I financed. If I paid cash the price was $2,500.00 higher. Even with the financing the vehicle ended up costing over $27,000.00 without the interest???? I financed and the rate came out to be over 12% and the down payment could not be more than $6,000.00. I could go on about not receiving any financing paperwork and not knowing where to mail a check for over 2 months. The dealership was no help with that either. These folks are snakes...... More

The finance department stays backed up so after sitting all day, you are worn and just want to leave, They bait you in with a price, then change it. Not sure what deal they have with Suncoast Credit Union, but you can guarantee they will want to run your credit thru them… even if you walk in with a prequalified offer. These folks do you no favors and magic math to make sure they get make bank. You will walk out overpaying. Do your research. Plenty of reviews that lend to their buying process. More
