They sold the car to another customer AFTER agreeing to sell us the car. Then acted like we were not the preferred customer. Sickening way to do business. More

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I had an appointment with a salesman to drive up on a Saturday morning, he knew I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and he was explicitly told to let me know if anyone else had come in on the truck or if they were purchasing it potentially so that I did not waste two hours of my day driving up to the dealership and back. Show up to the dealership and they’ve got some other people inside of the truck looking at it, I didn’t receive a call from anyone. Then I’m told it will be 10 to 15 minutes and they will let me know if I’m even allowed to look at the truck. I told them that they have 10 minutes and I will be driving back to Indianapolis to go buy a vehicle somewhere else. They ended up giving me the keys, told me to take it for a test drive. I know all they did was used that as leverage to get the other people to sign their contracts and paperwork. Show back up after test driving it and the salesman says the other people bought the truck, have a good day, turns around and walks back inside the dealership. Not the professionalism I would expect from a dealership group such as this. The good news is you can purchase a vehicle from thousands of different dealerships, I choose to not have this be one of them. Then I informed the salesman to make sure that my name and phone number were removed from any future marketing communications and he responds with a laughing emoji. The funny thing is they sold one truck today, not two. More

Dropped my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 with 4,100 miles off on Dec 1 for warranty & recall work and an oil change. On the 2nd I got a call from them that my Jeep was damaged in an accident while the miles off on Dec 1 for warranty & recall work and an oil change. On the 2nd I got a call from them that my Jeep was damaged in an accident while they were road testing it. Their tech did not cause the accident, but since it was damaged while in their care I asked for a trade deal on the exact model (2025) sitting on their showroom floor. I had multiple conversations with Ray and he repeatedly did not follow up with me. When I was finally able to force him into giving me something after a couple weeks, I felt he underrated my vehicle and was still trying to break even on theirs. I feel like it was the deal that they would have offered anyone else. I think they owed me a better deal under the circumstances. Just my opinion. I will not be going back for any future sales or service and will never refer anyone to them. More
