He even got our insurance coverage on my cell phone. {This would have taken us hours on the computer!} Cavene explained options available and handled the title transfer. We have called Kelvin a few times with questions and he always respond quickly and answers our questions. It's a nice personal touch that Mr. Brown spoke with us and congratulated us on our purchase.
