I would like to say Raymond was ok at the beginning when I pulled up I ask if they can fix my clock in car they didn't also when I I pick up my car he gave me all the things that were wrong which really I d I pulled up I ask if they can fix my clock in car they didn't also when I I pick up my car he gave me all the things that were wrong which really I didn't like and said here's the estamate it was about $3500 really I just came for a oil change it made me feel my car wasn't safe to drive and I even ask about a car there and he saw a guy bye the drink station and said ohh he can help u and threw me off to him next time I go for my oil change I will ask for someone else Thks More

The Chris the intake person was rude to me. Then he sent me to Raymond tried everything he could to help me. Unfortunately the inspection for the car was half done. I later end up leaving the dealership and maybe less then 2 hours later I'm calling triple AAA for a jump when I was told everything looks good on my car. Wow such a waste.
