The salesman, Reed, was very friendly and experienced with Jeeps. The business manager, Bobby, worked very hard to get my paperwork to me before the expected date which was very much appreciated. Poor customer service. Bad salesman. Reed didnt tell me anything about the car whatsoever. Tried to pull schemes after my test drive with some random employee (clearly not a salesman) saying “Somebody else anything about the car whatsoever. Tried to pull schemes after my test drive with some random employee (clearly not a salesman) saying “Somebody else is here to buy this” when that clearly wasnt the case. I received no “Delivery” or send off with my vehicle on some basic things to know about the Charger. I had to YouTube about my new car. And to top everything off: I had an WE OWE on my purchase for Ionizing my car. I was told that they will contact me with scheduling it. No one ever sent my WE OWE to parts/service. So 2 weeks later I had to come up to Service personally and schedule my own WE OWE for next week. just a bad experience. Had this not been a competitive price for the car I would’ve gone somewhere else. More

We had an appointment and the sales rep didn’t know it despite confirming via email and text. We made it very clear that we had a limited amount of time available that day, but they kept us there for over despite confirming via email and text. We made it very clear that we had a limited amount of time available that day, but they kept us there for over four hours. It was a used vehicle, but they didn’t even include floor mats. We just assumed they were going to be put in when they were “ putting the finishing touches on it and cleaning it.“ The gas light came on during the test drive so I asked for a full tank, which they made into a negotiation itself by offering a half tank. I told them what my absolute highest monthly payment was that I’d accept & told them not a penny more. Well, they told us that they got the payment to what we needed, but then added $0.50 per month on it. This obviously isn’t a lot of money, but it comes off as dishonest business (but would pay for half the tank of gas I guess). Reed, the salesman, was trying and was fine to deal with and the Jeep seems fine so far. The overall experience was just rough and not something I’d want to do again. More
