Stay away! Not only are they marking up cars, they are unbelievably rude. I was emailing with Reed and after learning of the markup I told him others weren't doing this and he never responded. I then get a generic followup that I responded to asking why I hadn't gotten a response and Reed was incredibly rude in responding. I've had family members who have had bad experiences here before, but I was honestly floored a salesman would respond that unprofessionally. For your own sake avoid these people at all costs! More

Easy to do business with We purchased an Odyssey and the negotiation was very fair without playing games. The finance manager was also very trustworthy and upfront about what to expect over the long term ownership of the vehicle. Would recommend this dealership again. More
