I purchased a car on Dec. 1, 2025, and I was promised a new owner's manual, and I have not received it. It was supposed to be mailed but never received. I went there on 12/24/ 1, 2025, and I was promised a new owner's manual, and I have not received it. It was supposed to be mailed but never received. I went there on 12/24/25 and it was there. They wanted to give it to me via email, and I said no. Very unhappy about this experience. Rich Kemp was my salesperson, and I was not happy at all. I like the car but an owner's manual is necessary so I can understand the key features of the car. More
