Winchester Mitsubishi has a pattern of bait-and-switch behavior that matches what my mother and I have now experienced firsthand. She purchased a 2023 Audi A4, and the dealership promised her a spare key behavior that matches what my mother and I have now experienced firsthand. She purchased a 2023 Audi A4, and the dealership promised her a spare key as part of the sale. They later told her to have the local Audi dealer send them an invoice so they could pay for the key directly. The invoice was sent exactly as instructed — yet Winchester Mitsubishi never paid, and then completely stopped responding to both her and the Audi service department. I have the full email trail, the invoice, and confirmation from Audi that no payment was ever received. After looking into their record, I found multiple BBB complaints from other customers describing the same kind of run-around, which appears to be a consistent pattern. Buyers beware: get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership. My mother has been left without the key she was guaranteed, and I am now helping her take the issue to small claims court to recover the cost and hold them accountable. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch scheme — unprofessional, unacceptable, and entirely avoidable had they simply kept their word. More

I purchased a used 2013 Chevy Equinox July 25, 2025. The remote keypad was damaged very badly. I show it to Ramona the salesman and she didn"t help or say anything. Some of her colleauges said to me this is a $10.-$15. fix. I went to Rich one of the salesmanagers and he verbally promised to send a new remote keypad; as of today September 08, 2025 I haven"t received the keypad. I have been repeatedly lied to my Rich, and Tee. This is very unprofessional, dishonest, untrueful, and is definitely hypocritical. I wouldn"t receommend this dearlership to anyone. More
