Josh was great he was super nice and patient with me. I have been coming to this dealer for over 20 years with my suburban's. Bill Smigiel in Service has been my advisor. He is the best in the business. No one wants to hear the news of the cost for repair, but Bill is straight forward and advises you on what needs to be done and gives you a comfort level that you are not being gouged. I bought a new vehicle a few days ago from Quality Chevrolet. Imran Shaid and Richard Anzures handled my transaction. Both were highly professional during the deal. Imran spent as much time as needed to explain everything regarding the vehicle's capabilities. He was patient and a true professional.
