Rich was amazing! I lost my car a few weeks ago in the Washoe drive fire and was pretty devastated. When I walked on the lot at Subaru Rich listened to everything I had to say and what I wanted. He showed me a Subaru outback that I fell in love with. He then spent the next week working so hard to get me the best deal he could!
