He began his professional journey in the automotive industry in 2018 as a sales associate at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, where he quickly distinguished himself as one of the dealership’s top performers. In November 2023, Richard advanced into the Finance & Insurance department, honing his expertise in automotive finance before transitioning to his current role in sales at Porsche Sugar Land in May 2025. Outside the showroom, Richard enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, boating, and restoring his classic 1958 Lincoln Continental.

I purchased a 2021 Panamera in March 2025, I sold the car back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I s back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I see where Porsche of Sugarland truly were amazing. Michael Pal was my sales representative and he was always helpful in any and all issues. I was wrong in many ways due to the miscommunication of the sale in December, I want this to read with absolute praise of the entire staff at Sugarland, it is deserved. They will honor and uphold any agreements and will extend patience and understanding when things go awry. Thank you for everything! More
