Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. I felt that Richard was very honest and upfront with me. Unfortunately honesty is not a term usually associated with car sales people, but Richard cer felt that Richard was very honest and upfront with me. My wife and I purchased a new 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L from Colonial Honda in Chester, VA. We set up an appointment to come into the dealership and were promptly greeted upon our arrival. We were both impressed by how nice the dealership looked and how friendly the entire staff was towards us. Todd Eggleston introduced us to Richard Miller, our sales associate. Richard was a great help in showing us the different model levels and features of the Honda Pilot. Once we decided on a model he went over several financing options and quickly answered all of our questions. We were able to trade in our old car and purchase a new one at a good price. The overall process was a pleasent one and we are very happy with our new Honda. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda I would highly recommend this dealership. More

We were greeted in the parking lot before even getting out of our vehicle, before the dealership even opened. Our salesperson Richard Miller was very attentive, making sure to listen to our needs and gave out of our vehicle, before the dealership even opened. He knew all the vehicles on the lot very well and was able to match us with the best vehicle to suite our needs. Paperwork part was very organized and quick, and they made sure to run the numbers to get us the best deal. What we wanted for amonthly payment was matched, almost to the exact dollar we asked for. He made sure to explain all the vehicles extras and made sure I understood how to work everything before driving off the lot. He was quick to activate our XM radio. He helped us clean out our old car and kept us company while we waited for the new car to be detailed, talking about similiar interests, which really made us feel like we were making a new friend. This dealership was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I know. I will definatly be going back there for any future purchases. More
