This was the third Volvo we have purchased from Paramount, Rick Church salesman. We have always had a very plesant experience and would highly recommend this dealership. My Review of Paramount Volvo Hickory :
The experience with my THIRD purchase of a new volvo just keeps getting better and better. The staff went out of their way to make this an easy and swift transition from old to fantastic new! Rick Church has been our favorite sales person since our first Volvo many moons ago. He is completely up to date on all the new gadgets and functions of the new and old volvos. We felt confident he would secure me the most car for the best price. He was diligent in his research to make sure I got the volvo I wanted and the general manager made it all happen. I couldn't be happier with my new 2012 Volvo.It was everything Rick said it would be plus more. I did work with the dealership in Winston for a while to be sure I received good maintenance while our Paramount Dealership was in "transition". They were polite and efficient but no where near the quality of attention that Paramount has shown me. Sometimes females feel uncomfortable in a "man's world" of auto dealerships but I see that it is quickly changing starting with Paramount.
In closing, I had a great experience with no stress or buyers remorse. I trust Rick and that is what makes a good salesman. I look forward to buying my 4th Volvo from him in the near future.
