Rick Townsend got my issue fixed. I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. Rick got it taken care of pretty quickly but I nearly took a star off for having to call back after about f I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. Rick got it taken care of pretty quickly but I nearly took a star off for having to call back after about four business days to check what the plan was. If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars. He was going to check into how the speakers could be removed. He did a great job once committed to the task. Two roof speakers were replaced at no charge and it only took a few minutes in the waiting room. More

Highly professional, knows everything about all the models, very low-key, explained everything concisely but thoroughly, and was just so easy to work with. From first meeting to delivery (including a very thorough run through of features), the experience was so pleasant and stress-free. Moses, who handled the financial aspects, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient at processing all the paperwork. I couldn't believe how quickly he got everything done while still answering my questions along the way. Both he and Kerry made me feel like they really valued me as a customer and appreciated my choosing Acura. Rick, the service director, runs an award-winning department so I know all the service is top-notch. Working with these fine people has made this the best car buying and owning experience I’ve ever had. My highest recommendation. More

Brian and Natalia are AMAZING! Wanting to get a vehicle was a spur decision, however, as soon as I told Brian what I wanted he found it! Once at the dealership it was a quick and easy experience not once did anything feel pushy, or over whelming. Natalia allowed the vehicle to really speak for itself, she allowed me to see what I Loved about The vehicle, which I feel is something some salesman can fail to do. We were quickly accommodated they had the vehicle ready, application was quick and a breeze. We were offered something to drink and were introduced to just about everyone. Rick and Megan always remember me when I call for service appointments. They provide quality service that I can trust. If I do not need service, they will tell me. That means when they do recommend someth appointments. They provide quality service that I can trust. If I do not need service, they will tell me. That means when they do recommend something, I trust that they have my best interests and safety in mind. After bringing my car to them for 5 years, they are more like trusted friends than a service department. I have definitely recommended them to others, even if they do not own Acuras. They get an A+ in my book! More

I had stopped using dealerships for service. Mr. Townsend and his service department changed that. I trust and depend on them to keep my car operating at its peak.
