Price of the new vehicle was very fair on the first offer. The price was lowered to a price less than the predicted fair selling price on KBB. The salesman ( Ricki Ferrari ) was very eager to answer all my questions and took extra time to carefully explain the different vehicles. I have already told all my friends about this dealership and will continue to do so with others. I did drive a little further to visit this dealer and the added miles was very much worth it. This dealer and all the employee's I came in contact with made this purchase experience delightful. Thank you Ricki and all those that made this process a joy !
