Rik Shorten is an excellent sales consultant and an even better person. Met him today, test drove a Highlander, closed the deal, and drove the new vehicle home in an afternoon. Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a dealership. I had the opportunity to work with Ryan Dodge and team who worked above and beyond to get me in a brand new Tundra at an extremel with a dealership.
