Ron is 100% a professional, has learned the business backwards & forwards in the short time he's been in the industry (2nd career for Mr. Martin), and never once "talked down" to me as a "single female with no man to help me make decisions about what I wanted!" The buying process only seemed to get easier as the purchase process moved forward and, when it came time to sign all the paperwork, it was ready and waiting for me with their finance person. From my personal experiences, most new car/car buying scenarios are classified as a "rotal pain in the the behind!" Mine called for a celebration!
