The first thing I will say, this increasing trend in vehicle sales .. Car, RV motorcycle.. Being preceded with the request For identification just to get pricing and negotiate... When Rob asked me for my ID,, I told him we're not up to this point. His response was we needed for the test drive. I said when we get to the test drive part, I'll give you my license. And then he followed with, I need the license to continue the sales presentation. If it wasn't for Rob's patience And Cool-Headedness I would have got up and walked out right then... But I was aware of the specific vehicle inventory at the location and it had the vehicle that would suit my needs, I could go on on about this poor policy...but if it wasn't for Robs patience and cool-headedness I'd have walked out of there. I still don't like the whole Dancing around final pricing, Dancing around final interest rates financing and promotions and incentives..... that makes the new vehicle purchasing process unpalatable More
