I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota bZ4X Limited with approximately 8,000 miles. While driving out of town, I experienced a complete 12-volt battery failure, which required the vehicle to be towed sevent approximately 8,000 miles. While driving out of town, I experienced a complete 12-volt battery failure, which required the vehicle to be towed seventy miles back to this dealership. After troubleshooting, the service department was unable to provide any clear explanation for why the failure occurred. What became most apparent during this experience was a significant communication gap between the technicians and the customer-facing Service Associates. The Service Associates was relaying information from the technicians without a basic understanding of what the information meant or why it was relevant. Electric vehicles are fundamentally more complex than conventional gasoline vehicles, particularly in their operating systems and user-facing functions. Customers rely on Service Associates to translate technical findings into clear, meaningful explanations. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I believe the service staff would greatly benefit from additional training focused on the basic day-to-day operation and systems of Toyota EVs. A foundational understanding would significantly improve communication, customer confidence, and overall service quality. More

Toyota was very busy today. I spent roughly an hour at the shop. Rob explained everything well. The only issue is that the radio sometimes does not play during the time I'm in I spent roughly an hour at the shop. Rob explained everything well. The only issue is that the radio sometimes does not play during the time I'm in the car. However, when I shut the car off and restart it, the radio does begin to play. No update has been given by Toyota. I was advised that the next time this happens, I come to Toyota and not turn off the vehicle until a tech arrives and is able to see what happens. When a tech comes, I will explain that the radio is not working, then I will turn off the vehicle and restart; it should begin to play. More

Very disappointed the last 2 times we were in for service. Each time a filter cover was not reattached. The first time at 25k miles the air cleaner cover was not latched into place. At 30k mile o service. Each time a filter cover was not reattached. The first time at 25k miles the air cleaner cover was not latched into place. At 30k mile oil change, the cabin air filter cover was not hooked into place causing the glove box to not close. We have purchased several vehicles at St Cloud Toyota, but am seriously considering another dealership. It also should not take over an hour for an oil change. More

Pleased to find out my truck does not like this cold weather as being the engine light comes on. We need warmer weather so the buggy will not show the engine light and also being it is a 2003 Rav 4 wit weather as being the engine light comes on. Timeliness of appt was good, sadly to have gotten five stars I wanted all I asked for done. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. Purchase my tires from you for this reason so they could be rotated wi stars I wanted all I asked for done. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. Purchase my tires from you for this reason so they could be rotated with my oil change but his did not happen. When I was checked in, it was asked if I was getting an oil change I said yes and tire rotation, the attendant said it only says oil change. I said that’s a mistake I want my tires also rotated, she said she would make a note and add it, didn’t happen, now I have to come back again to get my tires rotated on another day. Worst part, part of your free inspection is to take the tires off, why not rotate them anyway. I foraging, in fact 3 stars for not be customer service oriented. More
