Most people dread going to the dealership to negotiate a deal on a new car and leave second guessing whether or not they are receiving a fair deal. That is not the case here. Rob and Patrick were both very professional and I felt as though they were looking out for my best interests. The whole process was extremely transparent and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or nervous that I was being taken advantage of. My wife and I also had a similar experience with Bob in 2015 when we bought our last Nissan. I will continue to do business at Lia Nissan due to the comfortable environment and class of the sales representatives. More
