The loan term was changed without clear notification, and the focus was heavily placed on monthly payment rather than transparency. The overall atmosphere felt unpleasant and pressured. I genuinely enjoyed working with the sales team, but the finance experience negatively affected my overall impression. While I would like to consider Hyundai of Auburn again in the future, my experience with the finance department makes me hesitate. More
