The sales manager word for word said there was “something wrong with every vehicle on the lot” Test drive first vehicle A and as I was driving, a message popped up saying it needed new break pads - after b wrong with every vehicle on the lot” Test drive first vehicle A and as I was driving, a message popped up saying it needed new break pads - after buying a different vehicle (vehicle B), i found out neither vehicle had been inspected. I asked what would’ve happened if the breaks would have went out while I was driving car A? Manager could not give me an answer whatsoever. Two salesmen and myself thought I would be leaving with vehicle B only found out the vehicle had yet to be inspected. Upon inspection, my salesmen messaged and said it had an oil leak but that was all he knew. So I called the service dept. and was given no help - “talk to the salesmen or sales manager” Sales Manager had no regard for anyone but himself - even throwing his employees under the bus, and blaming their skills. Completely unprofessional. More

Process was pretty good until we got down to the financial part. I thought I was going to be financed a certain amount and it’s actually around 7k more than I was expecting. So when your deal is con financial part. I thought I was going to be financed a certain amount and it’s actually around 7k more than I was expecting. So when your deal is confirmed, and you go back to do the paper work, make sure he slows way down for you and you understand exactly what he’s saying. If not, you will be in my shoes and owing a xxxx of a lot more then you bargained for. They sold me insurance for a truck I already have full coverage on. Best of luck to new buyers! More

The buying was ,as always, the longest part of the deal because the picking out and test driving is the obvious fun and enjoyable part.
