I first spoke with John Lane over the phone while driving in to see if I could look at a vehicle. He was more than happy to help and even started running numbers for me right away. Once I arrived, Rob Dodd took over and was very easygoing and thorough in explaining everything. Interactions like this make the car-buying process enjoyable instead of rushed or stressful. I want to thank the whole team at Colonial West in Fitchburg Ma. I have never experience the service that I received. I went in there and I had a price range and a monthly payment plan and they met my Fitchburg Ma. I have never experience the service that I received.
