Love the video NPM provides which briefs you on the maintenance progress. Car was returned on time, freshly washed and transferred to me in a dry heated garage. Rob Bell is great to work with! He understands that I can't perform the entire "wish" list immediately and he helps me prioritize the service. I just returned a second time to complete the other half of service that was recommended during my last visit. I also had a good laugh with Wil Jones about Punx Phil (he was my service tech in the past). The two of them are both excellent to deal with. Thank you to Rob and Wil for making the day a little lighter. A big shout out to Jorge for getting my car serviced in MUCH less time than I expected! Also, the amenities such as coffee, snacks, water, nice seating, and a TV are greatly appreciated. More

I scheduled a regular service and asked that the body shop take a look at a little scrape on the back of my car. When I picked up the car, I asked if they looked at the scrape and I was told that they wo shop take a look at a little scrape on the back of my car. When I picked up the car, I asked if they looked at the scrape and I was told that they would send me an estimate via email. I never got that estimate. This was weeks ago. I am bummed. More
