Needed to see if tire could be repaired and if not to get a new tire. Asked them to also check oil. They changed it (they didn't charge me for it). Received no call saying car was ready. Just had to show up a new tire. Asked them to also check oil. They changed it (they didn't charge me for it). Received no call saying car was ready. Just had to show up 4 hours after the initial call. Called as soon as I left the dealer with a question (had to call back again) which was not answered until 2 days later (via text) and did not answer the question I asked. I would like to know what the warranty is on the tire they put on the car. More

Worst phone system ever! Impossible to get a human on the phone. Robert was nice but after expressing my frustration re: the phone situation, he then gave me his card and inf Impossible to get a human on the phone. Robert was nice but after expressing my frustration re: the phone situation, he then gave me his card and informed me I could contact him personally, well that was impossible as well. I left numerous messages and even texted non stop and go no response, he claimed he never got them. What a huge waste of my time. There’s a recall on my seatbelts and was told they were not in stock and would have to bring it back, but after leaving I realized no one asked me about coming back to get that done. After getting oil changed and inspection, I told them I had a slow leak in tire, they did patch it up but left me with a low tire, why would t they check the pressure and fill it up for me?? Very frustrating and dissatisfied More
