Tim was great to work with. But the service from James Wood / the Tom Clark Auto Park is not up to standard. I just think we are a number for the last 5 or so years. Service department manager will tell you what ever just to not help you. I have rush under my NEW 2025 2500 HD. All they said was GM would not make the part if they did not think / trust it would last. I have never had rust from day one on any 15 plus trucks over the years. Very sad!!! More

My experience at James Wood Auto Park was incredibly inviting, simple, friendly, helpful and had a family like atmosphere. Not pressuring or forceful. I was given full liberty to choose my add ons and wasn’t pushed in any direction, I also was not asked for any deposit for my new truck to be held for nearly two weeks until I was able to return and make the purchase. My trade in was very fairly priced and there were zero smoke and mirrors. Mr. Jacob Rice was very professional and treated me like family, again no gimmicks, lies, games or hidden addenda’s. Only great help and support in finding me the right truck and helping me through the process. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to learning details and specs of the vehicle being looked at. The finance office was also a breeze. Mr. Tom helped with working in the additional warranty that suited my budget. Quick, in and out process and again no hidden anything, only real business and respect. Big thanks to Tom!! My wife and I drove away that evening in awe of how great we were treated and how easy the process was. James Wood is hands down the best dealership I have ever stepped foot in and I don’t doubt that they are the best in this area of the country to work with. I will only be going to one place to buy my trucks from now on. There is no point in wasting time anywhere else. I could not be happier as a costumer! Big thanks to Jacob Rice and the entire team there at James Wood Auto Park of Denton!!! More
