Robert spent a lot of time with us explaining all the new technology features and extras in the Malibu. He really cares about his customers and that was obvious! We never felt rushed and he was more than willing to go over any and all of our technology questions more than once! On my most recent purchase Robert had tracked down 3 specific vehicles that I was looking for and had them brought into Dexter so I could test drive. This guy goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want, he doesn't push cars on you like some other sale person that I wont mention from another dealership..... He took the time to put me in the vehicle wanted and 2 days after I got it I got a text from him asking how everything was. You don't get that type of personal service from just anyone. Robert Halfacre made the entire process smooth, easy and enjoyable! When I arrived for my appointment, Robert already had the minivan pulled up and warmed up for a test drive. While I was on my test drive, he had my current vehicle appraised and had prepared some purchase options based on the information we had talked about via email prior to appointment. We quickly came to an agreement on the Chrysler and I was driving home in our new family hauler soon thereafter.
