I recently purchased a new vehicle from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Princeton, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating. I traded in my Honda Accord on February 26, Jeep Ram of Princeton, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating. I traded in my Honda Accord on February 26, 2026, and the dealership agreed to pay off my existing loan with Honda Financial Services as part of the transaction. It has now been nearly a month, and the payoff has still not been completed. My loan remains active, and I am now at risk for additional interest and potential credit impact. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership — including phone calls, messages to my salesperson, and even visiting in person — but I have received no clear answers or proof that the payoff has been processed. This is a basic responsibility of any dealership, and the lack of follow-through and communication has been very disappointing. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be filing formal complaints with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. I hope the dealership takes this seriously and resolves the issue quickly. More

Mr. Morton is an extremely kind, personable, and professional dealer. He assisted me with returning my 2022 Wrangler at the end of my lease and did so most efficiently. Rob Morton was a pleasure to deal when I purchased a used Lexus RX350. Good old school customer service, rare these days, so it was appreciated. All the guys there kept it straight.
