We did purchase a vehicle here, and we are happy with that vehicle. It was just an average experience at first, and was originally 3 stars, that had a few issues. We were there mid-afternoon and ende that vehicle. It was just an average experience at first, and was originally 3 stars, that had a few issues. We were there mid-afternoon and ended up leaving 2 hours after closing. We did stop in to drive one vehicle and switched to another after the first was not what we were looking for. This did add time to our day. But in the end, we did feel rushed to get back home after such a long day. We only received one key and no floor mats. It was a used car and both of these are on us for not following up after asking about a second key and not getting confirmation. We thought there were floor mats but were told we were mistaken. Again, on us in the end. These two issues added an extra $700 to the deal as this was out of our pocket on top of the purchase. We will look closer and bring our issues up earlier and with management next time, but they do their job here and I can say customer satisfaction is not just a slogan but an actual goal! We will visit them to see if they have our next vehicle the next time we look. We were contacted about our experience and were given solutions that were not offered at first. We ended up getting a second Factory key to the vehicle and reimbursed for the items that were short on delivery (floormats and blank key fobs) that could have been a cost to us on top of the original purchase price. In the end, the deal that we thought we got was the deal we ended up getting. That level of making it right is not something everyone does these days. Kudos to the team for making happy customers out of us! I know we appreciate it! We really did get a fair price for our vehicle; paid a fair price for the vehicle we purchased and got the car that we really wanted. We will be going back and will send others who are looking to this store. A misunderstanding that led to great relationships because of willingness to listen. That is not normal these days!
