Went In for 2 recalls. They told me it would take all day but refused to give me a loaner. Said they just don’t do that. Had to talk to my sales person who was able to help me out but I don’t think it’s right that the service department just out right says no can’t do that and leaves you to figure it out without even trying to talk to a manager to see if they can help you More

Was surprised about the level of tasks involved in returning a leased vehicle with the intent to purchase. All those tasks only contribute to additional costs in the purchase and finance of the leased returning a leased vehicle with the intent to purchase. All those tasks only contribute to additional costs in the purchase and finance of the leased vehicle. $3k for receiving, inventory, vehicle “make ready” on top of the unit valuation doesn’t add value to the customer experience. Although there’s no price negotiation, going through sales seems to be unnecessary. I suggest a value add process review (kaizen) to make it easier for a customer going through this process and have a more enjoyable customer experience. More
